DELIVERY POLICY
General
We offer various shipping methods, namely standard shipping and express shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the shipping method you select. You will see the shipping cost before you complete your purchase. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
Order Processing and Shipping
We typically process orders within one business day. However, please allow additional processing time for orders during peak seasons or holidays. Orders placed before 1PM on a business day will typically be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 1PM will be processed and shipped only on the next business day. Shipping estimates will then be calculated accordingly.
Delivery Issues
If your package is missing or damaged upon delivery, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution. If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact our customer service team within one working days of receiving your order. We will investigate and find a resolution as best and as soon as possible we can.
Restrictions
We may not be able to deliver to certain locations due to shipping restrictions or other reasons. We will not be liable for any delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of God, or government actions.
